As Portfolio Manager at M11 Public Markets, Luke leads portfolio management and execution for the fund's liquid token strategy, including trade ideation grounded in on-chain research and market microstructure. He brings deep expertise in market positioning dynamics and active monitoring of on-chain flows across the digital asset space. Luke holds an MSc in International Business with a specialization in Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University.

As an Investment Analyst at M11 Public Markets, Nik leads fundamental research and trade ideation for the fund, spanning valuation work on individual names, macro and protocol research, and quantitative modelling of the broader market. His approach combines fundamental and quantitative methods, backed by personal trading experience across multiple market cycles. Nik holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick.

Prior to joining M11 Public Markets as the Director of Global Business Development, Victor led M11 Credit, arranging fixed‑income opportunities for institutional allocators and credit solutions for established firms and DeFi protocols. With over two decades of international capital‑markets experience, including senior roles at Kempen & Co, KBC Securities, NIBC and Degroof Petercam in Amsterdam and New York, he brings a deep network and broad expertise to the team. Victor holds a MSc in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

As the Manager of Finance & Operations, Otto leads accounting, fund management, and oversight of operating costs at M11 Public Markets. He holds a Master's and Post-Master's degree in Accounting and is a certified accountant. With over five years at PwC, he combines a strong accounting foundation with hands-on operational oversight to keep processes efficient across the business.

As Chief Investment Officer of Maven 11 Group, Balder pairs deep digital asset expertise with a strong traditional markets pedigree. He spent 8 years trading European cash equities at boutique investment bank Kempen & Co co-founding joining Maven 11, bringing substantial trading and portfolio management experience to M11 Public Markets. He holds a MSc in Economics & Finance.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Maven 11 Group, Joost brings a wealth of experience to M11 Public Markets. Within the nascent digital asset industry Joost has a unique combination of 8 years partner and senior management experience, 11 years of senior corporate management experience in the telecom industry (KPN, Tele2, and UPC) and over 5 years of start-up experience (social media & telecom). He holds a MSc degree in Business Administration.

As CFO/COO of Maven 11 Group Arun is responsible for (fund) finance, operations, compliance, legal, HR and IT (security). He has a broad financial background, with 14 years in investment banking (ABN AMRO/Kempen & Co). For the last 10 years he has worked in financial roles at Randstad (a.o. Group Control & Strategy, CFO of Sweden) and as CFO of a PE-backed family services company. Arun holds a double Masters degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

As Compliance Officer of the Maven 11 group, Jens oversees operational risk management and monitors regulatory developments to ensure the firm operates within the applicable legal framework. He implements compliance policies and procedures across the group's activities, drawing on 8 years in the Trust industry that built a strong legal, financial, and fiscal foundation.

Martijn brings over two decades of traditional capital markets experience to his role as advisor to M11 Public Markets, where he previously served as Managing Director. He began his career as a proprietary trader at Delta Lloyd and went on to lead proprietary trading at ING. He subsequently joined several hedge funds, transitioning from portfolio management into business development, where he raised substantial assets and served as a Board Member for multiple regulated and alternative investment funds. He holds an MSc in Finance & Financial Markets and is an ESMA-accredited institutional investment advisor.

Jaap has worked with Maven 11 Group since May 2021. He previously served for over 20 years as General Counsel of a New York-listed digital infrastructure company, bringing extensive experience in governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as in building and scaling growing organizations. He holds a law degree from Utrecht University.
